SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of systems of external heat insulation and finishing of facades, and can be used both in new construction, and in modernization of industrial and civil facilities. Insulation-finishing structure of the wall includes a layer of heat insulation attached to the wall, a reinforcing layer and a layer of plaster, wherein the heat insulation attachments to the wall are made in the form of plastic brackets located in the horizontal direction and attached to the wall by means of galvanized anchors, and the brackets themselves are made detachable from two parts—a corner with a horizontal shelf attached to the wall and a washer in the thickness of the reinforcing layer of plaster with the possibility of their pairwise connection and fixation, horizontal flange of the bracket is equipped with a profiled thread with bulges to the wall, and the hole in the washer is smaller than the bulges in the bracket thread.
