FIELD: foundry production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry production. The clad mixture for the manufacture of molds and rods contains, by weight. %: resin binder - 0.5-5.0, urotropin - 0.1-3.0, an additive to improve fluidity - 0.05-1.0 and burnt bauxite - the rest. Burnt bauxite with a content of 45-75 wt.% aluminum oxide and an Al2O3/SiO2 ratio in the range of 1.3-4.9 is used as a refractory filler.
EFFECT: it provides high strength and refractory properties of molds and rods for the manufacture of castings from high-alloy steels and alloys with an elevated melting point.
