FIELD: hydraulic automation devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic automation devices operated by water flow energy. Hydraulic motor includes double-acting hydraulic cylinder 1 with rod 4, gate valve 11 with bypass hydraulic channel 13 with ejector 14, installed on pressure pipeline 12, and distributor 10, kinematically connected to rod 4 through switch 8 and hydraulically to pressure pipeline 12 through filter 28, ejector 14, under-piston cavity 2 of hydraulic cylinder 1 through parallel installed check valve 31 and adjustable throttle 32 and above-piston cavity 3 of hydraulic cylinder 1. By means of distributor 10, under-piston and above-piston cavities 2 and 3 have the possibility of alternate connection with ejector 14 and pressure pipeline 12 to gate valve 11. Distributor 10 is connected to above-piston cavity 3 through parallel installed check valve 34 and adjustable throttle 35. Ejector 14 is connected to distributor 10 through spring-loaded check valve 37. Communication channels of distributor 30 and 33 with above-piston and under-piston cavities 2 and 3 are equipped with dampers 38 and 39 with volumes greater than volume of hydraulic cylinder 1.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of reliability and efficiency of hydraulic engine operation.
