FIELD: wine industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for reducing the residual content of pesticides in a fruit alcoholic product, characterized by that the alcoholic fruit product is passed through a column adsorber, filled with zirconium hydrophosphate with a packed layer with height of 0.8 to 2 m, the column diameter to height ratio is from 1:4 to 1:6, density of the sorbent is from 1 to 1.1 kg/dm3, and the flow rate of the fruit alcoholic product through the adsorber is set from 300 to 100 dal/h depending on the residual content of pesticides.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase quality and consumer safety of fruit alcoholic products due to reduction of residual content of pesticides—malathion and deltamethrin.
