FIELD: separation.

SUBSTANCE: hydrocyclone refers to combined devices for separation of inhomogeneous liquid media and can be used in water treatment and water treatment, in production processes. Hydrocyclone contains conjugated cylindrical and conical shells, tangential inlet for supply of initial product, sand branch pipe for heavy product discharge, drain branch pipe for discharge of clarified product, equipped with filtering and sorption elements installed coaxially with drain branch pipe, chamber in upper part of cylindrical shell. Filtering and sorption elements are made of two coaxially arranged mesh rigid cylinders filled with filtering material and a sorbent of a space formed between the inner and outer cylinders, having on the removable upper end a lug with a cable attached to it, thrown over the lifting unit, installed in the loading chamber of the drain branch pipe for the clarified product discharge, fixed at the other end on the lug of the loading tight hatch by means of the fixing karabiner hook. Chamber in upper part of cylindrical shell for collection of light product is equipped with additional shell with double walls, inner one of which is perforated, having screw and accumulation container installed in it.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning and servicing of the device.
