SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to high-precision astro-inertial navigation systems, and can be used in navigation systems of surface ships, submarines and autonomous unmanned underwater vehicles. Astro-inertial navigation system with correction for the Earth's gravitational field comprises a strapdown inertial navigation system, including a unit of accelerometers, a unit of gyroscopes, a computer for the strapdown inertial navigation system; electronics unit, including power supply unit and interface and decision making unit; satellite navigation system consumer navigation equipment; astro-viewing device; gravitational correlation-extremal navigation system, including correlation-extremal navigation system computer, rotary gravitational variometer and memory unit with digital map of gravitational field of the Earth.
EFFECT: high accuracy and autonomy of determining navigation parameters.
