Hydropneumatic percussion device comprises a lance, a handle with a pneumatic accumulator, a housing, in chambers of which there is a piston-striker, a pressure line and a drain line, wherein the housing is provided with a front support with a spacer fixed on the housing on the side of the lance by screws, and a rear support fixed on the housing on the side of the handle with a fastening washer, the device is equipped with a control element, made in the form of a control sleeve placed inside the housing and having working fluid supply holes, and a valve made with annular grooves and working fluid supply holes, arranged inside the control sleeve and equipped with a hydraulic spring, at the same time in the valve there is an adjusting nut for adjusting the valve stroke.
