FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of hot-rolled sheets from low-alloyed steel. Steel used contains the following, wt.%: 0.07–0.15 C, 0.30–1.00 Si, 1.00–1.50 Mn, not more than 0.010 S, not more than 0.030 P, 0.05–0.40 Cr, not more than 0.30 Ni, 0.05–0.40 Cu, 0.01–0.08 Al, not more than 0.05 Nb, not more than 0.05 V, 0.005–0.05 Ti, not more than 0.05 Mo, not more than 0.10 As, not more than 0.010 N, not more than 0.010 Sn, not more than 0.008 B, not more than 0.005 Ca, iron and impurities – balance. Steel is cast, continuous cast billets are austenised at temperature of 1,100–1,300 °C, rough rolling, finish rolling, accelerated cooling of sheets to temperature of 580–770 °C. Finishing rolling is started at temperature of 850–1,050 °C and terminated at temperature of 840–900 °C.
EFFECT: hot-rolled sheets with specified mechanical properties, in particular, ratio of yield strength to ultimate strength of not more than 0.80%.
