FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: high-manoeuvrability motor cultivator transmission mechanism comprises reduction gear housing (1) with an output shaft made up of two output half-shafts (2, 3), fixed against axial movement and made with possibility of independent rotation relative to each other, connected to input shaft through blocks of sprockets. Reduction gear housing (1) is equipped with intermediate shaft (32) having drive gear (33) and drive toothed pulleys (34, 35). Input shaft consists of two hollow input half-shafts (4, 5) fixed against axial movement and made with possibility of independent rotation relative to each other. In cavities of hollow input half-shafts (4, 5) there are rods (12, 14) of clutch release with release mechanisms (14, 15) equipped with individual control elements (16, 17), providing modes of clutch engaged and disengaged. On the outer part of hollow input half-shafts (4, 5), clutch drive couplings (18, 19) are coaxially installed, equipped with drive discs (20, 21), and driven clutches (22, 23) of clutch, equipped with driven discs (24, 25) and pressure discs (26, 27), which have springs (28, 29) installed with possibility of pressing to the base of driven couplings (22, 23) of clutch of drive (20) and driven (21) discs. On outer part of hollow input half-shafts (4, 5) with possibility of axial rotation there are drive couplings (18, 19) of clutch, which outer surfaces are made in the form of driven toothed pulleys (30, 31) interconnected with drive toothed pulleys (34, 35) by toothed belts (36, 37).
EFFECT: reduced labour input of motor cultivator control during manoeuvring, increased cross-country capacity, as well as increased service life of clutch.
