SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of processing signal information for adding a block record to a blockchain. Authorization server can transmit a data packet to a mining node. Mining node can receive a data packet from a mandate server, a data packet containing a plurality of data sets, each data set containing signalling information. Mining unit can analyse the data packet to convert the signalling information of each data set into the corresponding output data. Mining node can transmit a plurality of output data to the authorization server, and after checking the plurality of output data, they can be used to create a proof of work for adding a block record to the blockchain. Signal information of each data set relates to polynucleotide sequence, and corresponding output data relates to information reading.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of computational resources, provision of data confidentiality.
