FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to receiving devices from vehicles. device for receiving bulk materials from vehicles comprises sectional frame, wheel baffle with grate ladder, hopper and scraper conveyor. Baffle wheel is mounted on the frame and installed on the side of the unloading platform. Hopper is made with vertical and/or inclined walls and pitched bottom. Upper end of the bottom adjoins the unloading platform, and the lower end – to the side transport chute and outlet openings of the rear wall of the hopper. Outlet openings are equipped with guides with adjusting flaps. Lower working branch of the conveyor is installed in the side transport chute of the hopper, the vertical idle and inclined unloading ones are installed in the covered chutes outside the hopper, and the upper idle one is in the box passing through the hopper. Side transport tray of the hopper is made open on top, and sections of its outer side wall, in gaps between posts of frame sections, are detachable.
EFFECT: possibility to visually control material outflow from the hopper and to clean the tray from residues contained in it when changing the material, as well as simplification of the device maintenance and operation.
