FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a multifunctional complex specialized vehicle for recovery of a contaminated area, relating to the technical field of nature protection vehicles. Invention includes chassis 8 configured to supply power to devices of the entire vehicle. General layout of the rear compartment includes laboratory 2, a housing of the rear compartment and a loading and unloading device 7. Laboratory 2 is located in the front part of the housing of the rear compartment, and the equipment for experimental analysis of soil is provided in laboratory 2. Rear compartment housing accommodates drilling machine 6 and hydraulic drum 17 to drive drilling machine 6. Hydraulic drum 17 performs power takeoff from chassis 8. Loading and unloading device 7 is made in form of platform for loading and unloading of drilling machine 6, note here that loading-unloading device 7 can be displaced to be deployed in working position and folded in rear compartment body tail. In the housing of the rear compartment there is also a pressure system for pumping the reducing fluid medium and a piston pressure pump for increasing the pressure of the reducing fluid medium. Piston pressure pump is configured to perform power takeoff from chassis 8. Lower part of one of the sides of the housing of the rear compartment is equipped with outlet hole 12 of the injection system, and outlet hole 12 is connected to the injection pipe of drilling machine 6 by means of a coupling and a pipeline. Rear compartment tail part is equipped with two hose reels, wherein one hose reel is connected to the foam generator for odor elimination, and the other hose reel is connected to the high-pressure water nozzle for cleaning the devices. Rear compartment housing has water tank and water filling hole. In the housing of the rear compartment there is guide wheel 16 made with the possibility of preventing wear-and-tear contact between the hydraulic pipe and the housing of the compartment. Vehicle as a whole according to the invention combines the sampling of the contaminated section, reclamation by in-situ pumping into the soil and odor suppression, and includes additional functions, such as fast transition, determining the location of the vehicle using a global positioning system (GPS), high-pressure flushing, video surveillance, projection on a screen, night-time operation, air conditioner for cooling and heating of air and others.
EFFECT: according to the invention, the vehicle as a whole implements multiple functions in one vehicle, has a high degree of integration and is convenient for quick detection and treatment of soil contamination.
