FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to the design of an electric heating device intended for heating and steam generation, and can be used for equipment of bathhouses and saunas. Electric furnace comprises housing, inside which there are a convection unit, current-conducting spirals and a module of a closed stove with heat-accumulating elements, a heating element and a temperature sensor, a cover of the stove with a pipe branch; on the outer surface of the pipe branch there is a row of slots with a nozzle above them. Current-conducting spirals are wound one after the other around the cylinder of the convection unit, the module of the closed heater is located inside the convection unit with an air gap of at least 25 mm, from above the gap between them is closed. Stove cover is made in the form of a cone-shaped funnel, on the outer side of the funnel, below the upper horizontal platform of the stove cover, two ribs are welded in a circle, at a certain distance from each other. Said stove cover pipe branch protrudes outside and has uniformly distributed holes along its outer circumference; the pipe branch enters the closed stove and has a water distributor from below in the form of a downward converging cone with uniformly distributed holes on it. Convection unit with closed stove module is fixed on device base housing, in the lower part of the base of the device there is a hole, on the upper surface of the base of the device, along the perimeter, there are longitudinal cuts in several rows. From below on the base of the convection unit the electronic control unit is fixed, the control panel is fixed in the hole on the side wall of the base, device is closed with a casing in the form of a cylinder from a heat-insulating mixture, which is fixed in a circular groove of the base of the device. Along the perimeter of the base of the device there are screw legs with a height of at least 20 mm.
EFFECT: invention enables to provide a stable high-temperature mode of heating heat-accumulating elements of a closed stove while simultaneously maintaining the required air temperature in the steam room by the convector of the device to obtain the best steam generation mode.
