FIELD: oral hygiene products.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to compositions containing a mixture of components which stimulate restorative and reparative processes in oral tissues. Active dental base composition for oral care products includes a mixture of solutions in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or a diluent having a membranotropic activity of a highly purified protein-peptide complex, recovered from mammalian blood serum, having membranotropic activity of a chromatographically purified protein fraction, extracted from Bertholletia excelsa seed extract, and having membranotropic activity of chromatographically purified protein fraction of aqueous solution of mineral brakshun, in the range of their concentrations of 10−12–10−8 mg of protein/ml, and demineralised water at a certain ratio of components. Oral hygiene compositions based on said active dental base are in form of a rinse solution concentrate, in the form of a mouthwash, in the form of a toothpaste and in the form of a gel, where each of the compositions comprises the above mixture of solutions of active components in combination with a mixture of hyaluronic acid fractions, including low-molecular hyaluronic acid with mol. weight from 40 kDa to 100 kDa and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid with mol. weight from 1,000 kDa to 2,000 kDa in ratio 1:1, as well as calcium chloride, silver citrate and auxiliary substances, selected depending on the specific purpose of the oral hygiene composition.

EFFECT: use of compositions promotes processes of restoration and repair of oral cavity tissues, especially gums, prevents development of gingivitis at initial stages and formation of dentogingival pockets, prevents formation of dental calculus, supports natural microflora of mouth, promotes maintenance of tooth enamel.
