FIELD: machine building; agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building. System includes a hydraulic system consisting of hydraulic hoses with connecting couplings made in the form of tees, a pressure gauge assembly, hydraulic accumulators, hydraulic cylinders installed on each post of the working section of the tillage tool. Acceleration sensor with a valid range of linear operation of not less than 10 g and a frequency range of 10.5–13.5 Hz is installed on the post of the working section of the tillage tool for registration of values of horizontal accelerations of section in longitudinal direction with sensitivity error of not more than 2.5% in full temperature range of -10–90 °C. Pressure gauge assembly with a hydraulic valve is equipped with a servo drive system Ya-AVO01, which enables to reduce the pressure in the hydraulic system with a minimum pitch of 0.12–0.14 bar and connected to the control system by means of electric wires, wherein control system is powered by tractor electric circuit and consists of power supply unit and ESP8266 microcontroller.
EFFECT: invention provides automatic adjustment of pressure in hydraulic system of working sections of tillage tools to resonance mode of operation with maintenance of this mode at varying physical and mechanical characteristics of soil background.
