SUBSTANCE: cartridge with low-pulse bullet for smooth-bore weapon contains rifled case, capsule with pyrotechnic charge, low-pulse bullet. Case comprises a friction brake on the rear end surface or on the rear part of the cylindrical generatrix of the case or on both parts of the case, which is actuated by the pressure of combustion gases of the pyrotechnic charge during firing.
EFFECT: cartridge for throwing electroshock bullets from smooth-bore rifles with possibility of obtaining accuracy of fire approaching accuracies of weapons with rifled barrel.
