FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to dressing of minerals by flotation and can be used in non-ferrous metallurgy and other industries in flotation dressing of ore and non-metallic raw materials. Spring aerator of flotation machine includes located in its upper part branch pipe with inner annular protrusion and inner groove in lower part, located in lower part a plug with threaded tip and annular protrusion, located coaxially to branch pipe a rod, made with a flange with holes, resting from above against the protrusion of the branch pipe, and with a threaded tip on the lower end, with the upper end installed in the groove of the branch pipe and the dispersing spring with its lower end resting against the annular protrusion of the plug, compressive spring of higher rigidity is screwed with its upper end on threaded tip of the rod and with its lower end on threaded tip of the plug. Outside the dispersing spring there is a truncated hollow cone expanding upwards with a taper angle within range of 15 to 20 degrees, which is attached in the upper part by rods to the aerator branch pipe.
EFFECT: increased extraction of floatable particles into flotation concentrate.
