SUBSTANCE: digitizer with a universal trigger logic module includes external connectors, a data processing unit made on the basis of an PLD, an analogue-to-digital converter, processor system, interface controller, reference frequency generator. In addition, it contains a trigger logic module installed on a common board, which is based on an PLD, in which TDC algorithms are implemented for accurate determination of the time stamp for triggering the trigger. Trigger logic module has two-way data exchange with data processing unit and interface controller, external connectors for supplying the analysed signal to the digitizer are connected to the input of the analogue-to-digital converter, external connectors for trigger inputs and outputs are connected to the trigger logic module.

EFFECT: reduced number of hardware, high quality of signal processing due to less noise, optimization of data transmission.
