FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular to pneumatic sowing devices. Universal pneumatic sowing device consists of a seed hopper divided by a partition into compartments, a pair of rings with conical semi-cells open on one side, an air nozzle and a skid-like ploughshare. Seed hopper is equipped with two additional detachable partitions. Apparatus is equipped with an additional pair of rings fitted on the semi-axle with conical semi-cells open on one side and a plank with a mounting square hole for the semi-axle. Rings with a plank are placed on both sides of the axial line of the apparatus with a gap between them which is less than the minimum size of seeds. Each pair of rings is made with an independent drive. Semi-axle of one pair of rings is connected via bearing with semi-axle of the other pair. Width of one pair of rings is more than width of another one by 1.25 times. For one pair of rings the ratio of the lower diameter of the semi-cell to the upper one, to the width of this pair and to its outer diameter is equal to 1:5:8:24. Ratio for the second pair of rings is 1:6:12:40, respectively. Ratio of the side of the square of the mounting hole for the axis of the mounting plate to its width is 1:1.5. Air nozzle is equipped with two sleeves. In the upper part, each sleeve is equipped with two pairs of pipes for supplying air to the junction of the rings on the side of cells with a large diameter. Lower part of each sleeve is brought to the lower part of one pair of rings on the side of cells with a small diameter. At the same time in the lower part of each side cover there is a hole for the sleeve. Additional pair of rings is equipped with additional ploughshare. Each ploughshare is made with possibility of displacement of its parts in vertical plane. Width of each part of the ploughshare is equal to the width of the corresponding pair of rings.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of functional capabilities of sowing device.
