FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, namely to devices for cleaning the inner surface of casing strings during repair works in wells. Device lowered into the well on a geophysical cable contains a housing with an instrument head for connection to a geophysical cable, in which there is an electric motor with a planetary reduction gear, which provides rotation of cleaning scrapers by means of a shaft. Shaft is made hollow and is installed on the fixed axis with the help of bearings; at that, the bailer with the filter equipped with a spring-loaded centraliser with a skirt is attached to the axis from below by means of a quick-release connection. Upper end of the shaft is connected to the gear of the electric motor reducer by means of satellites. On the shaft there are scrapers of a hinged-lever structure fixed on it by means of a bushing and a mechanism for pressing the scrapers to the walls of the column, which includes a return and limiting springs, nut, made with possibility of movement along shaft along external thread within working stroke and fixed by brake cylinder connected to fixed axis.
