FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fiber-optic sensor systems based on phase-sensitive reflectometry used in systems for monitoring extended objects. Disclosed fiber-optic device for recording vibration effects based on intrafibrous interferometers compensation of wavelength instability includes: narrow-band radiation source, an optical signal amplifier, a driver-controlled acousto-optical modulator, a circulator, as well as a controlled line, in which intrafibrous interferometers based on pairs of weakly reflecting fiber Bragg gratings are applied with a doubling of the distance between two arrays in a pair between adjacent intrafibrous interferometers, on which a small part of the radiation, which is determined by the reflection coefficient of the SVBR, is reflected and interferes, and the other passes further on to subsequent interferometers. Optical circulator serves also to direct radiation in return path to radiation receiver, after which the signal is digitized in an analogue-to-digital converter and the obtained values are processed on a computing device.
EFFECT: high-resolution measurement of the wavelength of the probing pulse in the monitored line to compensate for the instability of the wavelength of the radiation source, which leads to reduction of error in detection of vibration and acoustic effects.
