FIELD: abrasive processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tools for finishing polishing by ultrasonic machine, and can be used for polishing of radio engineering items and process equipment. Abrasive tool is made from composition containing organic binder and abrasive grain, and is made in the form of a bar of specified geometry by pressing and bakelization. Composition for making the abrasive tool additionally contains fillers in the form of cryolite, pyrite and asbestos and a process additive in the form of orthophosphoric acid. Organic binder used is phenol-formaldehyde resin consisting of liquid bakelite and pulverized bakelite. Diamond of detonation synthesis is used as abrasive grain. Ratio of the ingredients used is given.
EFFECT: wider field of use of the abrasive tool for ultrasonic polishing of surfaces of parts on ultrasonic machines, higher efficiency of abrasive processing.
