FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to software control devices and can be used in production of integrated microcircuits for computer/control equipment. Integrated microcircuit (IM) with increased convenience and reliability has: 1) a switch button on the housing or sealant, which, after a single exposure, stops the operation of the processor, disconnects the periphery, switches the program memory to another page and performs a system reset of the IM, as a result of which any program stops operation, and a properly operating factory program is launched instead of it, stopping the IM "freezing"; 2) flash memory of programs with page organization, which allows recording several programs on different pages and, after repeated action on the switch button on the body or sealant, switch them from one to another; 3) small-sized, simple and inexpensive display built into the housing or sealant and/or chip for displaying information on the selected program memory page and/or on the executable program and/or other important/useful information; 4) CS for complete wirelessness: a power supply system using electromagnetic induction or receiving and processing a laser beam and outputting electric current, and a bidirectional radio interface for data exchange with the rest of the system; 5) a housing or a sealant, sealed/evacuated at the production stage to prevent the action of gases, liquids, impurities and/or the like on metallic and non-metallic CS, thereby preventing corrosion of metallisation and/or diffusion of contaminants, wherein vacuum is maintained inside them using an annealed crystal/zeolite powder or the like; 6) a USB connector located on the housing or sealant, and its entire USB interface is also connected to the program memory and is designed so that to provide cheap, fast and convenient memory programming using a personal computer or similar devices having a USB interface.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of integrated microcircuits due to the fact that the following components are introduced: "stop"/"reset" function, which stops operation of any program and switches the IM to the correctly operating factory program; possibility of recording several programs in memory and switching between them; small-sized display for displaying important/useful information; USB connector on the housing or sealant for access to separate program memory for cheap, fast and convenient programming of the IM.
