FIELD: aircraft engine building.

SUBSTANCE: control method of aircraft gas turbine engine at takeoff run involves continuous measurement of aircraft true speed, change of air flow rate through engine air intake by adjustment of reduced rotation frequency of low pressure rotor of gas turbine engine. Additionally, aircraft ground speed is measured and low-pressure rotor rotation speed is limited depending on ground speed, and if ground speed measurement fails, the limitation is carried out depending on the true speed of the aircraft.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of maintaining engine operating conditions during takeoff run of aircraft, stabilization of thrust gain under various weather conditions and improvement of aircraft controllability.
