SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for genotyping a single nucleotide variant of rs5762821 (G>A) of the gene of long non-coding human RNA ENSG00000226471. Said method is carried out by real-time polymerase chain reaction using forward and reverse primers lncRNA, as well as lncRNA-G-allele-specific and lncRNA-A-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes.
EFFECT: invention provides an effective method for genotyping a single-nucleotide variant of rs5762821 (G>A) of the gene of long non-coding human RNA by real-time polymerase chain reaction.
