FIELD: constructors.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to elements to be connected to each other. Constructor part contains a magnet fixed on its surface, made with possibility of connection with another constructor part having a magnet, and comprises a strap with a pocket attached to the part of the construction set, in which a magnet is placed. Method of placing magnets on a part of a constructor includes placing straps with magnets on a first part, determining potential areas of engagement of the straps with magnets of the first part, describing the contour around the first part so that this contour describes the boundaries of the first part and intersects with the areas of engagement of the straps with the magnets of the first part, wherein the contour divides the plane into two parts, in one part of the plane the first part is located, in the other part of the plane the second part is located, determination of possible areas of engagement of straps with magnets of the second part, creating common areas of engagement with areas of engagement of straps with magnets of the first part, determination of potential attachment points of straps with magnets of the second part, formation of the outline of the second part, providing its location in the plane of the second part.

EFFECT: cheapening of parts of the construction set due to reduction of the number of used magnets, as well as possibility of connection of flat parts with an arbitrary contour.
