SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a programmable logic controller (PLC) for controlling real-time devices. Disclosed device is characterized by the fact that it contains a system on a chip (SoC), which includes at least two computer systems, memory, periphery and a high-speed data bus, where memory and periphery of the first computer system are isolated from the memory and periphery of the second computer system. First computer system comprises at least one computing core and is designed to: interact with a remote computer, interact with a second computer system; second computer system comprises at least one computing core and is designed to: for interaction with the first computer system, at which receives from the first computer system configuration data or control commands for the measuring or actuating device, sends status data to first computer system, converts configuration data into control commands for actuator; for interaction with actuating and/or measuring device.
