SUBSTANCE: two-speed reduction gear with two output shafts, intended for a combine with a double-rotor axial threshing-separating device, comprises an input shaft, a first gear drive gear, a second gear drive gear, a second output driven gear, a constant mesh drive gear, an idle gear, an idle gear shaft, a first output driven gear, a pair of output shafts, a gearshift fork, a gearshift fork shaft, a first gear driven gear, a toothed clutch, a second gear driven gear, a second shaft, two-speed reducer inlet housing unit and outlet housing unit. Input shaft is installed with possibility of rotation in unit of input housing of two-speed reduction gear. Driving gear of the first gear and the driving gear of the second gear are installed on the input shaft. Axle of gearshift fork is installed with possibility of sliding in unit of input housing of two-speed reduction gear. Gearshift fork is installed on the gearshift fork axle, and the gearshift fork is connected to the toothed clutch. First end of second shaft is installed with possibility of rotation in unit of input housing of two-speed reduction gear, and second end of second shaft is installed with possibility of rotation in outlet housing assembly. Toothed coupling, driven gear of the first gear and driven gear of the second gear are installed on the section of the first section of the shaft of the second shaft. Toothed clutch is located between the driven gear of the first gear and the driven gear of the second gear. Driven gear of the first gear is engaged with the driving gear of the first gear, and the driven gear of the second gear is engaged with the driving gear of the second gear. Pair of output shafts and the idle gear shaft are installed with possibility of rotation in the output housing assembly. Second output driven gear is installed on one of the pair of output shafts, and the first output driven gear is installed on the other of the output shafts. Drive gear of constant engagement is installed on the section of the second section of the shaft of the second shaft. Idle gear is installed on the idle gear shaft. Constant-mesh drive gear is engaged with second output driven gear and idle gear separately. Idle gear is engaged with the first output driven gear. Input shaft is installed with possibility of rotation in the unit of the input housing of the two-speed reduction gear by means of the first conical roller bearing and the second conical roller bearing. First tapered roller bearing is located in the middle of the input shaft, and the second tapered roller bearing is located at one end of the input shaft. Middle of the input shaft is connected to the lip seal of the rotating shaft with a rubber coating and the bearing cover of the input shaft. Lip seal of the rotating shaft with a rubber coating is installed in the center of the bearing cover of the input shaft. Bearing cover of input shaft is connected to unit of input housing of two-speed reducer by means of the first flange bolt with hexagonal head. First adjusting gasket is located between the bearing cover of the input shaft and the first tapered roller bearing. First adjusting gasket is installed on the input shaft. Combine with two-rotor axial threshing-separating device comprises two-speed reduction gear with two output shafts.
EFFECT: providing convenience of gear adjustment depending on current need, which expands the range of application of two-speed reduction gear with two output shafts, as well as compact design and smaller assembly space, stability and reliability of two-speed reduction gear.
