SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of hinged ventilated facades of buildings, which provide reliable operation of thermal and waterproof protection of multi-storey panel houses. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the facade hinged ventilated enclosure of buildings includes a heat-and-waterproof layer, bearing elements of the enclosure in the form of brackets attached to the building wall by means of anchor rods, and placed in the ventilation channel, gap value of which is 0.8–1.0 of thickness of heat-and-waterproof layer, and vertical guides fixed on brackets, as well as enclosure sections, wherein each bracket is made Z-shaped, the anchor rod of each of which passes through the heat-and-waterproof layer and is made in the form of a threaded bushing and a screw, on the upper flange of the Z-shaped brackets there are fixed guides made in the form of planks containing hooks made at an angle α to the plane of the plank, on which lining sections are installed from above with their lower bases having wedge-shaped profile with the same angle α as hooks.
EFFECT: reduction of material consumption, labor intensity of installation of front hinged ventilated enclosure of a building, reduction of operating costs.
