SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by the fact that in a noise-immune decameter radio communication system with high-speed data transmission, comprising a transmitting complex and a receiving complex, in the transmitting complex, the inputs of the second unit of N channel manipulators are additionally connected to the corresponding outputs of the serial-to-parallel converter similarly to the inputs of the first unit of N channel manipulators, and the receiving complex additionally includes a third group of N additional BCS with serial numbers from 1 to N, wherein each additional BCS from the third group of N BCS with serial number i contains two phasing units, the first of which contains series-connected normalizing amplifier, input of which is the input of the first phasing unit and the first input of the additional BCS with serial number i, the first multiplier, the first measuring filter and the second multiplier, which other input is additionally connected to the output of the normalizing amplifier, and the second phasing unit contains series-connected normalizing amplifier, input of which is the input of the second phasing unit and the second input of the additional BCS with serial number i, the first multiplier, the second measuring filter and the second multiplier, the other input of which is additionally connected to the output of the normalizing amplifier, the output of the second multiplier of each phasing unit is connected to the corresponding input of the adder, output of which is connected to the input of the resultant oscillation filter, the output of which, which is the output of the additional BCS with serial number i, is connected through the normalizing amplifier of the resultant oscillation to the other input of the first multiplier of each phasing unit, output of each BCS from the composition of the first group of N BCS with serial number i and output of each BCS from the composition of the second group of N BCS with similar serial number i are connected respectively to the first and second inputs of the corresponding additional BCS from the third group of N additional BCS with the same serial number i, and the output of each additional BCS with serial number i is connected to the input of the corresponding channel demodulator with the same serial number i of the unit of N channel demodulators.

EFFECT: high noise-immunity of receiving binary information when exposed to additive spectrum-focused channel interference due to transmission of discrete information by means of two group signals within telephone channel band and optimal coherent addition of received samples of channel signals, carrying the same binary information as part of corresponding samples of group signals.
