FIELD: computer engineering.

SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved due to stages at which: if the obtained state of the actuating device differs from the target state, the computing device calculates a new signal, namely: a neural network connected to the computing device receives the current and target state of the actuator at the input and calculates the parameters of the new signal; calculated signal is sent to actuator; the sensor reads the obtained state of the actuator and is transmitted to the input of the computing device; further, if there is a difference between the expected state and the obtained state of the actuator, the neuron weights of the neural network are updated by the neural network weights update algorithm; after the weights are updated, the neural network calculates new signal parameters, and a new control cycle is started with sending the signal to the actuating device.

EFFECT: high speed of controlling the actuator.
