FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to protection of basements of a building against radon penetration. Radon-metal-bitumen insulation consists in the fact that as protection against radon penetration in basement rooms, thin-sheet metal in the form of metal sheets on bitumen mastic is laid over concrete preparation. Metal sheets are laid with overlap of 50–100 mm and filled with a layer of bitumen.
EFFECT: high degree of protection of the building from radon.
