SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to earth-moving and transport machines such as bulldozers. An earth-moving and transport machine includes a base machine, push bars, a blade with a knife, a front jaw pivotally connected to the blade and to a hydraulic cylinder rod for its rotation. The earth-moving machine is equipped with ripping teeth, an eccentric shaft with a rotation drive and bearing supports mounted on a transverse beam. The eccentric shaft has an even number of eccentrics arranged in pairs symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the base machine. In this case, the eccentrics, located at the same distance from the axis, are made with the same angle of inclination and a different angle of inclination with other eccentrics. The racks of the ripening teeth are mounted on eccentrics in the working position with the ability to move along the eccentric shaft to the non-working position and are equipped with rollers with the possibility of one-way connection with brackets installed on the transverse beam of the push bars. The front jaw is equipped with a spherical support in its lower part.
