FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation and radio measuring equipment in coding equipment for checking accuracy of calculating the Fourier spectrum of frequency-shift keyed signals. Signal analyser comprises ADA measuring circuit consisting of: a test signal source, a switch with an ASF, a BOVMS, a multiplier, a memory unit, an address counter, a trigger, an AND circuit, and two pulse generators. AND circuit with the START, CALIBRATION bus and the trigger control the switching of the analyser modes, the trigger and the ASF synchronizes the operation of the entire device through the pulse generators, which supply signals to the multiplier, the BOVMS and the memory unit, and the ASF through the information output of the INF provides the following data: BOVMS in mode 1, multiplier in mode 2. Signal from the STOP ASF output stops the measurement cycle, resetting the address counter, the trigger prepares the analyser for beginning of 1st operating mode, second pulse former enables reading with a signal on the READY bus and 3rd input of the multiplier the result from the OUTPUT bus, wherein the latter is the ADA output.
EFFECT: high accuracy of calculating the Fourier spectrum of random and regular signals when receiving service information of frequency-shift keyed signals.
