SUBSTANCE: cartridge box for submachine gun comprises a closed housing, to the upper wall of which there is an adapter mounted in the centre for the box to be adjacent to the receiver of the submachine gun and to feed cartridges from the box into the cartridge chamber, in the left and the right parts of the body relative to the adapter and parallel to the direction of the gun barrel between the front and rear walls of the body there are feed and winding rollers. Winding roller is equipped with torsion spring with possibility of cartridge belt tensioning and its winding at spring twisting. Cartridge belt for automatic cartridge box is made in the form of composite belt of fixed length and contains pivotally connected to each other links. Each link comprises a ring mechanism for holding the cartridge. Ring mechanism is made in the form of semi-rings, which can take a closed and open position due to a spring plate to which the semi-rings are attached.

EFFECT: higher reliability of cartridge box.
