SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science and represents a preparation for treating mastitis in cows during lactation, containing cephalosporin, fluoroquinolone, prednisolone and a base. Cephalosporin used is ceftiofur hydrochloride, the fluoroquinolone used is marbofloxacin, the base is an emulsifier, distilled monoglycerides and Vaseline oil, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: marbofloxacin – 3.20–4.80; ceftiofur hydrochloride – 1.80–2.70; prednisolone – 0.32–0.48; distilled monoglycerides – 1.00; emulsifier – 3.00; vaseline oil – up to 100.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing therapeutic effectiveness of treatment and reducing milk rejection terms.
