FIELD: processing and recycling of wastes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of processing organic wastes. Preparation of organic wastes is carried out by grinding and mixing organic material to obtain a homogeneous mass with particle size of 0.1–0.5 mm. It is processed by ozone disinfection. Raw materials with moisture content of not less than 30 wt.%. After mixing, the mixture is heated and treated with ozone at concentration of 0.3 mg/kg to 50 g/kg of wastes for 20 minutes to 5 days. At the end of the ozone sterilization step, vacuum treatment is performed. After disinfection, moisture content of raw material is brought to 12 wt.% by means of drying. When the raw material reaches the specified moisture content depending on the purpose of subsequent use, the raw material obtained after processing is subjected to further processing—molding and packing.
EFFECT: enabling realization of the purpose—obtaining safe raw material from wastes.
