FIELD: cable penetrations.

SUBSTANCE: cable penetration is a mineral wool filler, with which, at least to the embedding depth, a hole with a depth of at least 150 mm in the building structure is filled, through which at least two cables are passed, wherein the filler is pre-impregnated with a fire-retardant coating; wherein the hole is also filled with a fire-retardant sealant at least to the embedding depth; fire-retardant coating is applied at least over the length of the area of application of the fire-retardant coating on at least two cables outside the hole.

EFFECT: increasing the fire resistance of cable penetration.
