FIELD: animal breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in feeding lambs of early weaning. Fodder contains affordable and quality vegetable protein and fat, a complex of biologically active substances, pre- and probiotic preparations. Grain of vegetal ingredients of the concentrate was subjected to extrusion in order to increase digestibility of nutrients from it by the body of young sheep. Under the influence of these short-term manipulations there is a change in the chemical and structural-mechanical composition of the raw material. Starch and fiber are broken down into secondary sugar and simple sugars. Nutrients from extruded grains become readily available for digestion and assimilation by animals. Under the influence of high temperatures and pressure, infectious rods, bacteria and molds die.
EFFECT: invention usage will allow to produce fodder with high content of vitamins and biologically active substances without pathogenic microflora.
