SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used to create deliberate interference, in particular for distorting the navigation field to a group of users in a given area. Device for creating deliberate interference to global navigation satellite systems includes K navigation parameters distortion units, K transmitters, receiving and K transmitting antennae, radio frequency converter, M analogue-to-digital converters, multichannel correlator, navigation processor and control panel.

EFFECT: high efficiency of latent distortion of navigation parameters for radio navigators of a group of users using signals from different global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) located in a spatially limited but known area.
