FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to collapsible UAV design. UAV wing console comprises a spar made in the form of a longitudinal power element of a box type, comprising a central wall and two pads located in the root part of the console, connected to the root rib and made of composite materials, wherein the thickness of the pads is greater than the thickness of the central wall of the spar; ribs attached to the spar, having the shape of the wing aerofoil; a rear wall attached to the ribs and made in the form of a longitudinal box-type element of composite materials; skin attached to spar, ribs and rear wall and containing three layers, wherein the inner layer is made from thin foam plastic, and the outer layers are made from composite materials; first coupling assembly, made in the form of a part of the spar protruding beyond the root rib and having the shape of a wedge-shaped tenon, which tapers in the outer direction, wherein the taper value is equal to the taper of the tool Morse cone, wherein the wedge-shaped tenon is intended for insertion into the mating wedge-shaped slot of the centre section; and a second docking assembly made in the form of a carbon tube protruding beyond the root rib in the rear part of the console parallel to the extending part of the spar, wherein said tube extends inside console to one of inner ribs, is connected with ribs and rear wall, serves as rear wall and is intended for insertion into mating tube in centre section, inner dimension of which corresponds to outer dimension of console tube extending part.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of assembly/disassembly and transportation of UAV, as well as increase in reliability and safety of collapsible UAV.
