SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, namely to liquid-fuel burners using superheated water vapor during combustion. Burner device comprises a housing, a furnace, a fuel supply pipeline, a superheated steam generator installed in the housing and consisting of an evaporator tank, water supply unit, superheater made in the form of tube passing through combustion zone. Fuel supply pipeline and superheater are made in the form of a pipe in the pipe, bent at an angle and directed from top to bottom in the furnace space, wherein the fuel supply pipeline is located in the superheater, which is equipped with two steam nozzles located on both sides of its lower part, located in the lower part of the furnace space, spray holes of steam nozzles are directed at an angle upwards in direction of flame movement.

EFFECT: providing continuous and reliable operation of burner device, as well as the possibility of economical combustion of various types of fuel (waste oil, high-viscosity fuel oil) with reduced release of harmful substances into the atmosphere when mixing fuel products and superheated steam in a high-temperature flame.
