FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft control. Method of controlling aircraft onboard equipment includes: performing a flight task using two multifunctional indicators (MFI); application of multilayer image output structure; adjustment of systems of on-board equipment (OBE); display of flight parameters, information on target environment, graphic symbols for use of automated weapons (AW); use of a TV signal conversion unit for both MFIs; combining the function of the main and backup control panels; equipping with standby indication of flight and navigation parameters by means of integrated system of standby instruments (ISSI); implementation of operational controls on aircraft control stick (ACS) and throttle control stick (TCS); implementation of the concept of parent and child windows; enabling use of the information-control field (ICF) as a backup system control loop.
EFFECT: increased reliability of aircraft and expansion of functional capabilities.
