FIELD: packing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for automatic packing of various products into heat-shrinkable film. Thermal tunnel for packing products into heat-shrinkable film contains a body in the form of a U-shaped box in cross section, the opening of which is closed from below by a conveyor located in the thermal tunnel chamber. In the housing there is a hot air blowing fan made in the form of an impeller driven by an electric motor and additionally contains a removable cap, fixed to the housing, with a double protective glass and adjustable shutters fixed on opposite sides of the cap, which lifting mechanism is made in the form of two rods located to the left and to the right of the conveyor, the upper ends of which are installed in the holes of the shutter holder, and the lower curved ends with a stop against the conveyor web and fixed on the walls of the heat tunnel by means of fasteners. Inner walls of the housing are made with inclination inside lateral sides at angle of 45, and opposite sides – at angles of 110 and 140 degrees, on opposite walls of the housing three-section reflectors are fixed to control air flows, wherein one of the sections is fixed to the housing, and two other sections are made with possibility of transformation by means of bending at an angle required for formation of closed air circuit. Conveyor containing integrated lifting mechanism of rollers is made with possibility of rotation of conveyor rollers, at that to the left and to the right of the impeller the heating elements are symmetrically installed with inclination to the conveyor surface. In addition, it contains an electrical circuit for controlling the operation of the thermal tunnel, made in the form of a retractable control unit installed in the housing of the thermal tunnel, wherein the retractable control unit contains on the front panel the buttons "Start", "Stop", emergency shutdown, a light bulb, a potentiometric regulator of the conveyor speed, a potentiometric regulator of the blowing fan speed and a temperature regulator with a display designed with the possibility of setting the operating temperature.
EFFECT: providing high reliability of operation due to creation of optimum temperature for film shrinkage by means of control and regulation of hot air supply.
