FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extraction of rhenium from solutions of underground leaching of uranium. Sorption of rhenium is carried out on vinylpyridine ampholyte, which contains functional pyridine anion-exchange groups and cation-exchange groups containing residues of aminophosphonic or aminocarboxylic acids attached directly to pyridine group. Desorption of rhenium from rhenium-saturated vinylpyridine ampholyte is carried out with a desorption solution with content of hydrochloric acid of 300-400 g/dm3.
EFFECT: rhenium desorption with hydrochloric acid solutions enables to concentrate rhenium in a single step in a hydrochloric acid solution of desorption.
