FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to methods for pressure testing of a double-row preventer on a well with two pipe strings. Disclosed is a method for pressure testing of a preventer in a well with two pipe strings, which includes lowering a mechanical packer into the well on a long pipe string and its setting. At the same time during the long pipe string lowering under the well head in the long pipe string between its last pipes lowered into the well there installed is a blind coupling equipped with a partition. Then the length of the branch pipe of the long pipe string is selected with the possibility of unloading the long pipe string onto the pipe holder. Then the branch pipe is wound by its lower end into the upper end of the long pipe string, and the upper end of the branch pipe is screwed into the pipe holder. Further, the long pipe string with the pipe holder is unloaded into the annular ledge made in the wellhead flange. Then a preventer with two rows of rams is installed on the wellhead flange, after which through the axial channel of the preventer and a hole in the pipe holder a short string of pipes is lowered into the well, which is equipped from below with a plug, and it is unloaded onto an elevator installed on the upper end of the preventer. Well is filled with liquid to the upper row of rams, then the rams of the upper row are closed and pressurized by hydraulic pressure. After pressure testing of the upper row of rams, the short pipe string is removed from the well. Further, a process nozzle is screwed into the upper hole of the pipe holder and the packer is unpacked, after which the long pipe string is lifted and the pipe holder is dismantled. Then, the long pipe string is lifted upwards by 10 m, and the packer is re-seated and the long pipe string is unloaded with the coupling of the process branch pipe on the elevator installed on the upper end of the preventer. Liquid is added to the well and pressure test of the lower rams of the preventer is performed. After pressure testing of the lower row of rams, the packer is unpacked and the long pipe string is removed from the well.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of work on pressure testing of the preventer, as well as reducing the duration of the work, reducing the financial and material costs for carrying out work on pressure testing of the preventer.
