FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adhesive compositions and can be used in rubber industry when gluing vulcanised rubber based on different rubbers to each other. Adhesive composition includes polychloroprene rubber nairit “ДП”, butylphenolformaldehyde resin 101 K, water, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, an organic solvent, which is a mixture of ethyl acetate and nefras, and a modifier, at that, as a modifier it contains wastes of pipe production – gas cleaning dust when preparing lumpy and loose materials in production of glass and enamels, with the following ratio of components of the composition, wt.pts.: polychloroprene rubber nairit “ДП 90.0”; butylphenol-formaldehyde resin 101 K 90.0; water 3.0; zinc oxide 5.0; magnesium oxide 1.0; organic solvent 800.0; modifier 0.5-3.0.
EFFECT: high adhesion properties of the adhesive composition to rubber based on various rubbers and high heat resistance of the adhesive joint.
