FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: device for throwing a hand grenade when firing blank cartridges consists of a barrel nozzle made in the form of two coaxial cylinders of different diameters. Groove for the trigger lever is milled on the outside of the larger diameter cylinder along the generatrix, and a clamp is welded above the groove to fix the trigger lever. Diameter of the larger cylinder of the nozzle is designed for tight fit of grenades “Ф-1” and “РГД-5” with a coating of silicone of soft hardness based on tin BEST MOLD 10...30 at 2/3 of the height from the base of the grenade.
EFFECT: improving efficiency, rate of fire and throwing range of hand grenades from nozzle of standard muzzle device of 5.45 mm automatic rifle “АК-74” or its modifications during firing with blank cartridges.
