FIELD: pulp and paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulp and paper industry, namely to methods of producing cellulose when processing hardwood by sulphate method and softwood by sulphite method. Method involves cooking wood with a cooking solution in the presence of a mixture of surfactants as an additive: a nonionic pentaoxyethylated tridecanoic acid monoethanolamide ester of formula C12H25CONCH2CH2O(C2H4O)5H (non-ionic surfactant 1), cationic surfactant of dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride of formula {C12H25(CH3)2(CH2C6H5)]N}Cl and a nonionic surfactant of oxyethylated monoalkylphenol based on propylene trimers of formula C9H19C6H4O(C2H4O)6H (non-ionic surfactant 2). Ratio of nonionic surfactants 1 : cationic surfactant : nonionic surfactant 2 is 1:1:9 – 2:2:8 at consumption of 0.005-0.05% of the weight of absolutely dry wood.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain cellulose with low content of lignin, resins and fats, increased reactivity to viscose formation and increased content of α-cellulose with reduced consumption of surfactants.
