FIELD: combustion apparatus.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to furnaces with open furnaces, namely to fireplaces with evaporative burners operating on liquid fuel for heating rooms and decorative purposes. Automatic biofireplace contains a housing and a fuel tank connected to an intermediate tank, which is connected by the principle of communicating vessels to an evaporation tank equipped with at least one heating element and an evaporation tube, and equipped with power supply, control and electric ignition units. Fireplace has an external block made of ceramics, which is a hollow structure simulating solid fuel, connected to an evaporation tube and having slots arranged randomly along its entire surface. At the same time in slots there are heating filaments made in the form of steel heat-treated rods.
EFFECT: providing intense thermal radiation from heating filaments, which is highlighted against the background of thermal radiation from the external unit when they are heated with burning vapours of liquid fuel.
